Her experience spans the Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Mining and Metals, and Automotive industries.

She is proficient in cross-cultural leadership development, organizational transformation, and executive coaching.

Padmakshi is an expert instructional designer, safety consultant and human performance improvement coach that thrives in developing high-performing teams and aligning leadership practices with business objectives.

She is a certified Everything DiSC ® and Five Behaviors ® facilitator as well as a Business Mediator.
